Orchestrates multi-agent AI workflows with token budgets, quality gates, and automatic checkpoint/resume—inspired by lean manufacturing principles to make costs and failures visible. Built as four independent packages (Forge for workflow execution, Quorum for decentralized agent coordination, Core for persistent memory and CLI, Bootstrap for system deployment) with model-agnostic support for Claude, OpenAI, and Ollama. Integrates via MCP for Claude Code, ChromaDB for episodic/semantic/procedural memory, and YAML workflow definitions that checkpoint to SQLite for fault tolerance.
