Provides a canonical event model that normalizes heterogeneous AI agent transcripts (turns, tool calls, MCP interactions, shell commands) into OpenTelemetry-compatible spans for unified observability. Supports both realtime hook ingestion and offline CLI-based session replay, with pluggable runtime and backend adapters decoupled from the OTLP core transport layer. Includes built-in aggregation views (session, MCP, tool, cache, turn-diff) and rule-based alerting with webhook and CI integration.
