# Technical Summary Enforces explicit intent crystallization, boundary policies, and proof-backed completion gates before agent code generation through embedded constitutional rules and cryptographically verifiable artifacts stored as plain-text in `.decapod/`. Integrates with Claude, Codex, Gemini, and Cursor via shell-callable binaries and tool-specific entrypoints (`AGENTS.md`, `CLAUDE.md`) that agents query on-demand within their loops, enabling parallel multi-agent coordination with isolated workspaces and provenance trails. Built in Rust with zero daemon overhead, filesystem-native state durability, and context internalization using deterministic source hashing and session-scoped leases to replace ad-hoc re-ingestion of governance documents.
