Implements zone-based cryptographic isolation and capability tokens (COSE/CWT) to enforce least-privilege access across distributed connectors, using RaptorQ fountain codes for offline-resilient symbol distribution across personal device meshes. The host-first operator surface (`fwc` CLI + `fcp-host` HTTP API) spawns 136 typed connector subprocesses over supervised stdio/JSON-RPC, each manifesting security policies and refusing to infer runtime state. Built on Tailscale for transport identity and FROST threshold signing for owner key distribution, enabling secretless connector operation via capability-gated egress proxies and tamper-evident audit chains.
