Network observer that tracks outbound connections from AI CLI processes (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini), attributing sockets to providers in real time with SQLite logging
Polls `/proc` filesystem to map sockets directly to process hierarchies and command lines, enabling real-time provider attribution without elevated privileges; supports flexible output modes (pretty-printed terminal, JSON) and domain resolution via PTR or optional pcap-based DNS/SNI capture. Built-in SQLite persistence with queryable aggregates and a `rano report` command for historical analysis across time ranges and session filters.
