Implements a dual-layer architecture separating an immutable core (orchestration, evolution feedback loop) from evolvable artifacts (prompts, memory, skills stored as local files), with evolved code and rules validated through static scanning + LLM analysis before sandbox execution. Provides pluggable OS-native isolation (Seatbelt on macOS, bwrap on Linux, seccomp) with resource limits, and ships as a single Rust binary—also available as a standalone `skilllite-sandbox` MCP server for integration into any agent framework without adopting the full evolution engine.
