Context isolation between Discovery (reasoning) and Delivery (execution) agents via separate spawn contexts, with a YAML backlog serving as the governance contract. The framework uses 47 bash-based skills, persistent markdown memory stores, and git-coordinated polling for autonomous parallel story delivery via the optional Delivery Daemon. Integrates natively with Claude Code via slash commands and auto-loads project conventions from `.gaai/` without requiring SDKs, packages, or external services.
