Uses a single source-of-truth model where Claude Code settings are parsed and transformed into target-specific config formats (JSON, YAML, environment files), with optional OAuth-server filtering and project-level overrides per target. Available as a Claude Code plugin with slash commands, standalone CLI via npx, or global npm install—enabling both interactive workflows and CI/CD automation with JSON report output.
