Connects messaging channels (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo) to AI agents via a file-based queue system that atomically routes messages to isolated agent workspaces, where Claude, OpenAI, or local Ollama models execute role-specific tasks. Enforces SDLC governance through role-based gates (researcher, PM, architect, coder, reviewer, tester, DevOps) with built-in constraints — e.g., reviewers cannot approve their own code, testers cannot skip coverage thresholds — and enables inter-agent collaboration through `[@teammate]` annotation tags with loop guards.
