Implements signal classification—a learned 5-tuple (mode, genre, type, format, weight) that routes simple queries to fast models and decomposes complex tasks into parallel sub-agents before reasoning begins. Uses Elixir/OTP's supervisor trees and ETS caching for multi-provider LLM routing (OpenAI, Claude, Ollama, OpenRouter, custom endpoints), with autonomous swarm orchestration (parallel, pipeline, debate, review-loop modes) and a SICA learning loop that auto-generates reusable skills from recurring patterns. Integrates 25 built-in tools (file, shell, git, web, memory, agent delegation), persistent identity via SOUL.md interpolation, and token-budgeted context assembly across SQLite + ETS + episodic memory layers.
