Implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows any AI tool to query a PostgreSQL vector database of your thoughts and memories, with Slack/email capture channels feeding in and extensible workflows (household knowledge, meal planning, professional CRM) that layer on top. Built with a learning path of six progressive extensions teaching database isolation, multi-user access controls, and AI-to-database integration patterns, plus community recipes for importing from ChatGPT, Obsidian, Gmail, and other sources.
