Deploys via runtime adapters to either Cursor (as `.mdc` rules and agents) or Codex (as native Mac app skills and `PM-OS-AGENTS.md` project context), with MCP integrations for Slack, GitHub, Jira, and other tools. Setup is interactive or manual through `config/pm-os-config.yaml`, generating personalized PM capabilities like strategy connectors, PRD writers, launch readiness checks, and feedback analyzers.
