Modular agent architecture enabling natural-language interaction with disparate pharmaceutical data sources—including systems biology models (BioModels), knowledge graphs, literature databases (Zotero integration), and sequencing data—through composable LLM-backed interfaces. Built on Streamlit for the frontend with Docker containerization for each agent, supporting multiple LLM backends (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, NVIDIA) and orchestration via a meta-agent that coordinates across Talk2BioModels, Talk2KnowledgeGraphs, Talk2Scholars, and Talk2Cells components.
