XAP (eXchange Agent Protocol): open economic protocol for autonomous agents.
Defines six composable primitives (AgentManifest, NegotiationContract, SettlementIntent, ExecutionReceipt, VerityReceipt) that enable agents to discover each other with cryptographic proof of past performance, negotiate autonomously with time-bound offers, and settle conditionally—funds lock until verifiable conditions are met. Built atop the Verity truth engine, which deterministically replays settlement decisions and captures institutional-grade audit trails with RFC 3161 timestamps and policy hashing, enabling cross-platform agent commerce without human intervention or centralized intermediaries.
