Integrates with MCP-compatible clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cody) via `agentic-codebase-mcp` server, plus V2 grounding tools that prevent hallucination by verifying symbol claims against the graph and multi-workspace queries for cross-repo migration tracking.
