Containerized Claude runtime that integrates Google Vertex AI API and dynamically loads extensible skills/tools from a separate marketplace repository during image build. The build system orchestrates tool installation (shell scripts), Python dependencies, and plugin discovery across multiple architecture targets, with support for testing against branch, tag, or pull-request versions of the skills repository before merging.
