Installs 36+ CLI commands as plugins across Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode runtimes, with specialized agents for research, planning, writing, and verification routed through configurable model profiles (quality/balanced/budget). Includes BibTeX integration for citation grounding, pre-write plan validation (7 dimensions), and post-write goal-backward verification against structured outlines.
