File-based message queue for local agent-to-agent communication (Maildir-style)
Provides atomic file-based message routing with threading, priority levels, and acknowledgments—enabling multi-agent coordination without a broker. Supports cross-project federation via peer `.amqrc` configuration and integrates with Claude Code Agent Teams through swarm mode. Optional adapters (Symphony, Kanban) emit structured metadata as normal AMQ messages, keeping the core queue intentionally lightweight while allowing external orchestrators to inject events.
