Exposes broker APIs via `/v1/*` endpoints and workflow debugging/replay via `/debug/*` and `driftqctl` CLI, with built-in dashboard UI. Targets AI agent pipelines with budget tracking, concurrency throttles, and artifact caching to prevent runaway LLM costs while enabling step-level inspection and forensics.
