Structures AI agent workflows through a six-phase contract (Intent → Plan → Execute → Verify → Review → Publish) and generates cryptographically-signed JSON evidence envelopes for each task, which CI gates can validate before merge. Operates as markdown-based skills (`@vision`, `@feature`, `@oneshot`, `@review`, `@deploy`) compatible with Claude, Cursor, and OpenCode, with optional CLI tooling and multi-session task tracking via Beads.
