Governance proxy for AI agents — per-agent budgets, cost tracking, loop detection, and policy enforcement. Agents never hold real API keys.
Enforces governance through architectural isolation rather than SDK wrappers—agents receive only a proxy URL with no direct API key access, making policy bypass impossible. Supports multi-provider routing (OpenAI, Anthropic), YAML-based policy rules, PII/SSRF/ReDoS protections, and real-time cost aggregation across agents. Deploys as a standalone Node.js proxy with SQLite or PostgreSQL persistence, requiring no agent code changes—just a base URL redirect.
