Enforces agent isolation through a persistent `agent_home` model that maintains persona contracts, runtime state, and job artifacts across executions, with skills automatically discovered from `.claude/skills/` directories and state cached between runs. Provides three execution modes: `holon run` for sandboxed one-shot tasks, `holon solve` for GitHub issue/PR workflows with automatic context collection, and `holon serve` for long-running proactive agents.
