Manages OpenCode extensions through composable profiles with file-access controls via include/exclude patterns, and distributes reusable components through registries with SHA-256 verification. Components are copied into `.opencode/` (following the ShadCN model) rather than hidden dependencies, ensuring auditable code ownership. Supports component registries, profile cloning, and safe config merging between isolated profile and local settings.
