magland/minicline
Command-line interface for performing software engineering tasks using large language models. It is based on Cline, but is simpler, uses fewer input tokens, has fewer capabilities, and does not depend on VSCode.
Exposes a Python API alongside CLI, enabling programmatic integration into scientific workflows. Executes all commands within isolated containers by default (Docker or Apptainer), mounting only the working directory for security. Supports multiple OpenRouter models and automatic approval modes, with scaffolding optimized for notebook generation tasks.
