Integrates Circle for custody, supports gas-free nanopayments via EIP-3009, and includes a `@sell()` decorator for AI agents to earn money through automatic 402 responses. Built on a reservation-based intent system with atomic spending guards and ledger tracking, letting operators enforce real-time controls on autonomous payment execution.
