Cryptographically signs interaction records as JWT artifacts returned in HTTP headers, enabling offline verification via public keys published at `/.well-known/peac-issuer.json`. Built around three primitives—machine-readable terms, signed receipts, and local verification—it integrates with MCP servers, agentic commerce protocols (ACP, x402, paymentauth), and A2A workflows without replacing existing auth or payment systems.
