Implements a file-based "Memory Bank" (`.context/` directory with markdown files) that persists project state, architecture, and progress across AI agent sessions—enabling any LLM (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Cursor) to pick up context without vendor lock-in. Uses a triangulation pattern separating architect (planning) from executor (implementation) roles, with structured XML payloads and git-aware compliance verification via `tocket diff`. All protocol files are plain markdown committed to git, optionally scaffolded and managed via a CLI that auto-detects stack and agent configuration.
