LUMIN: Your data analysis companion that turns natural language questions into powerful insights through AI-driven visualizations and clear explanations.
Leverages LangChain and LangGraph to build a multi-step agentic workflow that parses natural language questions, generates and validates SQL queries, executes them, and dynamically selects appropriate visualizations. Supports pluggable LLM providers (OpenAI, Groq, Hugging Face, Ollama) alongside multiple data sources—CSV/Excel uploaded to PostgreSQL, SQL database connections, and PDF/text documents indexed in pgvector for semantic search. Built with FastAPI backend, React frontend using TanStack Query and Recharts, and Docker Compose for deployment.
