Implements a deterministic judgment engine that routes agent events through explicit fact translation and attention classification into three priority lanes (`now`, `next`, `ambient`), with native hooks for Claude Code and OpenCode that handle tool permissions, failures, and follow-up handoffs. Provides both a local CLI/TUI surface and a lean SDK (`@tomismeta/aperture-core`) with a small event→frame→response loop for custom adapter integration.
