Provides pluggable conflict detection using TF-IDF, embeddings (sentence-transformers), or LLM-based semantic overlap analysis, plus injection methods (directory_copy, git_push, custom_hook scripts) for testing skills within a live agent environment. Integrates with OpenAI-compatible endpoints for eval execution and supports pre-commit hooks for CI/CD gates, with optional distributed embeddings caching and offline model support.
