Intercepts MCP and A2A agent traffic through a proxy layer, evaluates each action against declarative YAML policies, and maintains a queryable causal graph plus audit trail of all decisions. Built in Rust with a configurable gRPC verifier interface for risk scoring, fail-closed fallback queueing when the verifier is unavailable, and a React dashboard for real-time incident triage and policy analytics.
