HealthFlow: A Self-Evolving AI Agent with Meta Planning for Autonomous Healthcare Research
Implements a four-stage Meta→Executor→Evaluator→Reflector loop where an AI agent plans EHR-adaptive execution, runs CodeAct-style code through pluggable backends (OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, Pi), diagnoses failures with structured evaluation, and writes long-term memory artifacts from both successes and recoveries. Runtime state is fully inspectable through per-task workspace artifacts including event logs, trajectory traces, cost summaries, and detailed per-stage metadata stored in JSONL-based memory with conflict tracking and retrieval audits.
