Runs entirely within Claude Code as the execution environment—no separate server or CLI—with modular skills in `.claude/` defining sensors (15+ data sources from Hacker News to arXiv) and pluggable analysis lenses (Deep Insight, Flash Brief, Timeline Trace, etc.). Data flows into local SQLite, and the agent learns from your feedback to refine future signal detection across continuously monitored watches, with a cross-watch Vault for synthesizing insights that span multiple interests.
