Orchestrates multi-step coding workflows with dependency-ordered epics and tasks stored entirely in-repo, supporting both interactive and autonomous (Ralph) modes with automatic re-anchoring between steps to prevent context drift. Integrates with OpenCode and RepoPrompt (1.6.0+) for multi-model review gates, and provides a `flowctl` CLI for inspection and direct task execution outside the chat interface.
