Built around a `.contextkit/` directory containing markdown-based glossaries, code style guides, and templates that scale across teams using different AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Aider, Continue, Windsurf). Includes CLI commands for codebase analysis, code review, testing, and multi-stage "squad" workflows that coordinate AI agents through specification, implementation, testing, and review phases.
