Implements a cloud-backed search service with SQLite FTS5 full-text indexing and jieba Chinese tokenization to enable semantic queries across 56,700+ API documentation pages without requiring local database setup. Integrates as a Skill/Rule into Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini CLI via the skills CLI package manager, automatically detecting the user's installed AI coding tool and configuring the appropriate manifest format (SKILL.md for Claude/Gemini, .mdc for Cursor). Supports both direct keyword triggering and explicit `/specfusion` commands, with optional self-hosted Docker deployment for private data sources and custom API endpoints.
