About ClaudeR
IMNMV/ClaudeR
Connect RStudio to Claude, Codex, Gemini, and other AI assistants via MCP. Multi-agent orchestration, async execution, and zero-config setup with uvx.
Enables real-time code execution within RStudio where MCP-connected agents see results and plots immediately, with specialized tools for manuscript auditing (reference verification via CrossRef, statistical claim extraction and recomputation). Implements multi-agent coordination through a shared message board protocol for task negotiation and verification, persistent server state across UI restarts, and session discovery via filesystem metadata—all with a Python MCP bridge deployable via `uvx` for zero-config setup.
About wmux
openwong2kim/wmux
AI Agent Terminal for Windows — Run Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI side by side with split terminals, browser automation via CDP, MCP integration, session persistence, and smart notifications
Built on Electron with ConPTY-based native Windows terminal multiplexing, wmux exposes Claude Code integration via MCP with Chrome DevTools Protocol browser automation—allowing agents to autonomously control browsers, read terminal output, and manage workspaces through standardized tools. Session persistence uses a daemon process that survives app restarts and reboots by dumping terminal scrollback buffers and process state, while output throughput-based activity detection (not pattern matching) powers reliable task completion notifications across multiple simultaneous agents.
