Reference implementation of OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP)

Implements a three-tier sandbox architecture (Client/MCP server, Merchant API, Payment Service Provider) demonstrating end-to-end ACP flows with delegated checkout and shared payment tokens. Uses MCP-UI for agent-driven shopping interactions, PostgreSQL for state management, and mocks the full transaction lifecycle including session management, cart updates, and payment tokenization. Designed for experimentation with any LLM client (ChatGPT, Claude, Ollama) against standards-compliant merchant and PSP endpoints.
