Grades egg quality using computer vision (YOLO), Raspberry Pi, and ESP32. Also includes a Flutter dashboard for real-time analysis.
This system helps small-scale chicken farmers and egg producers automatically sort eggs by quality (AA, A, B, Inedible) and size (Small, Medium, Large) using a camera and a Raspberry Pi. It takes images of eggs as input and outputs real-time classifications and sorting instructions for a mechanical arm. Farmers, farmhands, and quality control personnel can use this to quickly grade eggs.
Use this if you need an automated, low-cost system to grade chicken eggs by quality and size directly on your farm.
Not ideal if you're a large-scale commercial egg producer needing high-throughput, industrial-grade sorting solutions, or if you don't have the technical skills to assemble and configure hardware components.
