VendenIX/BrainMetaSegmentatorUI-Front
Modified OHIF Viewer with an extension for call an API who perform AI and create RTStruct for DICOMS instances
This tool helps radiotherapists and oncologists quickly identify and track brain metastases on MRI scans. It takes medical images in DICOM format, applies a deep learning algorithm to automatically segment potential metastases, and then displays these segmentations within an intuitive viewer. The output is a visual representation of the metastases and a generated RTStruct, which can be used for treatment planning and patient follow-up.

Use this if you need to rapidly segment brain metastases from MRI scans for radiotherapy planning or to monitor disease progression over time.
Not ideal if you are looking for a general-purpose medical imaging viewer without specific deep learning segmentation capabilities for brain metastases.
