🧬 Generative modeling of regulatory DNA sequences with diffusion probabilistic models 💨
Implements conditional diffusion models to generate 200bp regulatory DNA sequences across multiple cell types, with controllable generation via guidance scaling. Built on PyTorch with Hydra configuration management, supporting both local checkpoint training and pre-trained model inference from HuggingFace. Enables end-to-end workflows from DHS Index data curation through model training to cell-type-specific synthetic sequence generation.
