Embeds papers using Transformers.js (nomic-embed-text-v1.5) running locally in the Zotero extension, storing 768-dimensional vectors in SQLite and enabling sub-100ms semantic similarity searches via Reciprocal Rank Fusion with keyword indexing. Supports both abstract-only and full-document indexing with section awareness, passage-level location tracking, and multi-query Boolean combinations (AND/OR) across up to 4 simultaneous searches.
