Uses OpenAI embeddings and SQLite-backed vector clustering to group related issues and PRs by semantic similarity, enabling fast local browsing and search without re-querying GitHub. Supports fine-grained credential management through 1Password CLI integration or plaintext config, with intentional sync/embed/cluster pipeline stages that can run independently for cost control. Exposes JSON CLI commands for bot and agent integration alongside the interactive TUI, allowing both maintainer browsing and programmatic access to clustered work items.
