Official implementation for "Story2Board: A Training‑Free Approach for Expressive Storyboard Generation"
Combines latent panel anchoring and reciprocal attention value mixing (RAVM) to maintain character consistency across panels while preserving visual diversity in composition and backgrounds—all without retraining. Leverages off-the-shelf LLMs for story-to-prompt conversion and builds on Hugging Face Diffusers with FLUX.1-dev as the base text-to-image model, requiring only inference-time modifications to the diffusion pipeline.
