Tracks open PRs, merged PRs, and issues across all repos in a GitHub organization with background polling via the GitHub API, storing results in JSON for real-time frontend sync via socket.io and REST endpoints. Features an admin panel for dynamic contributor/repository management and respects API rate limits through configurable polling delays. Built on Express backend with vanilla JS frontend—requires only Node.js and a GitHub personal access token to deploy.
