Medical IOT System Consists of Smart Band, Medical generative QA model, mobile application which facilitate efficient healthcare monitoring and medical assistance for patients and doctors.
The system uses BioGPT-Large fine-tuned with prefix tuning on PubMedQA biomedical data, deployed via Hugging Face API to provide medical Q&A across patient and doctor portals. Arduino Nano with ESP8266 Wi-Fi module streams vital signs to a MySQL backend, which the Android mobile app fetches for real-time monitoring and alert generation on critical patient conditions. Architecture integrates separate patient/doctor interfaces with role-specific features—symptom tracking, appointment scheduling, and virtual consultations—unified through a centralized medical history system.
