This repository contains theory and working codes of three different types of chatbots.
Implements three distinct chatbot architectures for mental health support: rule-based (TF-IDF + cosine similarity), retrieval-based (CNN outperforming LSTM/GRU/RNN variants), and generative (seq2seq encoder-decoder with LSTM). Uses NLTK preprocessing, TensorFlow for neural models, and strategically separates JSON for retrieval models (tag-based response mapping) versus CSV for generative models (direct input-output pairs).
