Implements a hierarchical multi-agent architecture with a boss agent that dynamically prioritizes research tasks and worker agents that execute them, integrating PubMed and MyGene APIs with LlamaIndex for persistent knowledge storage and retrieval. Results are automatically vectorized and indexed, enabling both task-aware context injection and post-hoc querying of accumulated findings through a conversational interface. Supports checkpoint/resume functionality and ingestion of custom datasets to augment API-sourced research.
