Leverages extensive power of multiple Machine Learning algorithms & LLM to provide in-depth answers to medical queries and predicts condition/diseases based on patient symptoms
Combines a fine-tuned RoBERTa model (trained via ULMFiT's 3-stage policy on a custom 6,800-sample medical corpus scraped from Healthline) with a Random Forest ensemble classifier covering 135 disease categories across 400 symptoms from Columbia's Disease-Symptom Knowledge Database. Deployed as a Gradio interface on HuggingFace and integrated into a Flask backend, enabling dual-mode operation for both symptom-based disease prediction and open-ended medical Q&A through a single web interface.
