PLAD and InsPLAD

These are complementary datasets in a progression: PLAD provides multi-size power line asset detection training data from UAV imagery, while InsPLAD extends this work with inspection-specific annotations, allowing models trained on one to be evaluated or fine-tuned on the other for improved real-world deployment scenarios.
